The cold breeze is making its way into the room, flying slowly in between the nets wrapped around the bed. I still have Goosebumps, in spite of the socks I’m wearing to keep myself warm. I’ve been craving for good weather in such a long time; I feel so relaxed. I haven’t dipped my body in the beach yet or pressed my feet on the white and smooth sands of Zanzibar, but I can already sense that this island is like a little piece of paradise.

A few hours ago, I was going crazy and I was continuously asking myself why oh why am I here? All I wanted was to be back home, despite the raging heat of Oh-man. I’ve been on the air all day long, along with disturbing passengers with zero level of civilization, followed by a sudden jam on bread (period) during transit and finally a mission to open my suitcase that was giving me a very hard time. I was on the verge of exploding, but I kept it within. Instead, I took a hot bath and here I am feeling so content and excited about what we’ve planned to do for tomorrow.

Right now, all I need is a decent sleep, as I’m physically and mentally shattered. Having said that, I’m also very excited to watch the sunrise from the huge window situated in front of me. Luckily, my cousin and I got the best room, since it has an amazing view.

Falling asleep whilst hearing the sound of the ocean is so dream-like. Good night!
